Payment is required prior to the order being accepted. Payment for golf shoes should be made at the time of purchase. An order is deemed to be unenforceable until accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, regardless of whether it is confirmed and/or your form of payment has been charged. Order receipts do not constitute acceptance or offer to sell. When your form of payment is charged and yet the order is cancelled afterwards, we will provide you with a full refund of the total amount.

All additional fees associated with shipping and handling will be clearly disclosed prior to placing your order and reflected in your invoice.

Tax

Sales or use tax will be collected from you on all orders shipped to the applicable jurisdictions when mandated by law. The tax amount will depend on current state and local tax rates, the destination address, and particular golf shoes ordered. Please take note of all applicable taxes in your shopping cart before you make the order.

Risk of Loss

Loss or damage to golf shoes occurring while in transit via an authorized carrier will remain our responsibility.

Return Policy

The golf shoes purchased by a customer directly are returnable according to our Return Policy as stated at the following link: Return Policy.

The customized golf shoes presented on our website are visual depictions of the potential footwear design.

Due to the inherent variability in performance leathers and synthetic materials, there may be some slight variation between the actual colors of the golf shoes and those shown.

We are not responsible for variances in colors due to display settings or calibration issues between the screenshot and the actual item.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for custom text, logos, or monogramming of the golf shoes that violates our brand guidelines. Such content should not be offensive, violent, illegal, defamatory, or obscene in nature.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any failure or delay in the provision of service due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, labor disruptions, supply problems, natural disasters, or regulatory requirements.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of golf shoes, except where such liability is prohibited by state law.

Mistakes and Omissions

Despite our intention to deliver accurate details about the pricing, features, and availability of golf shoes, errors can occur.

We reserve the right to rectify such inaccuracies and have the right to cancel any offers, even if the order has already been made by the customer. If the customer’s account has been charged for the cancellation of such an order, a full refund shall be made to his/her original mode of payment.

Law Applicable; Not for Resale

The customer agrees to abide by all applicable laws both at federal and state levels.

It is hereby declared by the customer that the purchase of golf shoes is meant for his/her personal consumption only and is not for resale or export purposes.

• We will refund or exchange products if customers buy a pair of golf shoes in an incorrect size, only when the product(s) is returned unworn on the golf course, all tags attached, and the original spikes/cleats remain intact, with their original branded shoe box and packaging. 
• Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery and at the buyer’s cost. We follow ACCC guidelines.
• Golf Shoe Vault Pty Ltd has a procedure for dealing with complaints, which will be utilized in resolving any complaint that might arise.
• Please contact us if you have any complaints, feedback, or queries related to your order or advice on fittings.

Only one coupon code/promotional offer is redeemable in a single purchase/checkout session.

The voucher code in the “welcome email” sent to newsletter subscribers is a one-time use coupon per person, and cannot be used on clearance, limited editions, or Tour Issue releases of footwear.
