The items ordered might undergo local customs clearance, payment of duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier on delivery to your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to handle all customs clearance, taxes, and additional fees. Golf City Footwear does not collect any local import duties at checkout. We also don’t accept returns or give refunds for items refused by the customer due to inability to cover the extra charges.

All international golf shoe orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.

After the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email notification of its shipment with the working tracking link. The delivery time depends on the destination area, local post handling, and customs procedures. Make sure your delivery address, contact phone number, and receiver details are provided correctly to avoid delays or return of goods by the shipping carrier.

Due to recent logistics problems, international shipping restrictions, and tough trade regulations—tariff requirements of US Executive Order 14324—Golf City Footwear has decided to stop all deliveries to the United States (US), Puerto Rico, and other selected areas internationally. This suspension becomes effective immediately and shall continue until otherwise notified.

We offer returns of international golf shoe orders within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the shoes are unused and in the same condition as when received, along with all tags, in the original manufacturer’s box. Due to the nature of cross-border shipping, all return shipping charges, export documents, and any duties associated with the return of goods become the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
